Obelisk to the Bavarians
Not far from museum section there is a little cozy square with a huge obelisk in the middle. It is nice to be there especially in summer as the monument is surrounded with beautiful flower beds. So if you are having a nice stroll after observing classical paintings in Old Pinakothek you can drop in to see this monument dedicated to Bavarian soldiers who died in Napoleon’s campaign.
